"We have truly loved our time at 18 Hamilton Avenue, and there are so many things we are going to miss about living here.One of our favorite things is the south-facing garden. It’s a complete sun trap and is perfect for spending long afternoons outside (and it makes drying the laundry a breeze!). In the summer, we love keeping the French doors in the living room wide open; it brings so much natural light into the house and makes the whole space feel bright and airy.What really sets this home apart, though, is the wonderful community. We are lucky to have incredibly friendly neighbors on both sides who have helped us out more times than we can count—from trimming our hedges and lending us garden tools to jumping in to help when our car broke down! The entire street has a genuine, supportive feel to it that is quite rare to find.While we are excited for our next chapter, we will definitely miss the friendly faces and the warm atmosphere of this neighborhood most of all."
